Verifiable accountability for agent payments
Press kit
What a journalist, an analyst or a partner needs to describe ZadQ accurately: the lines we use, the facts anyone can check, the relationship we disclose, and the marks exactly as the identity manual draws them.
The lines we use
Quote them verbatim or shorter, never stronger. Each one is the current wording of record; when a line changes, this page changes with it.
One-liner
Verified human accountability for x402 vendors and the agents that pay them — without revealing who they are.
In two sentences
ZadQ lets vendors, and the agents that pay them, prove that an accountable, KYC/KYB-verified person or organisation stands behind them — without revealing who. Anyone checks the verdict for free.
Boilerplate
ZadQ is a verification service for agent payments. Vendors that sell to machines over x402, and the agents that pay them, prove that an accountable, KYC/KYB-verified person or organisation stands behind them — without revealing who. Anyone reads the verdict free of charge: buyers, agents, explorers and marketplaces, next to the signals they already use, and every integration keeps working when no verdict is available. ZadQ serves vendors and agent operators with meaningful economic volume, and regulated B2B counterparties. We sell privacy, funded recourse and compliance-by-design. ZadQ is operated by Conectia OÜ (Estonia). It is built on the MintID identity network and operated by the CONECTIA group, the network's first implementer, on the same published terms as any issuer — a relationship we disclose wherever it is relevant, because the point of the system is that you don't have to trust us.
Brand line
Prove accountability. Keep identity private.
Facts of record
Every item below is checkable on this site or on a public record, and none of it is a figure. We publish no adoption figures, customer names or forecasts here or anywhere else on the site.
- What the service is
- Seller and agent-operator verification for x402 payments. An accountable, KYC/KYB-verified person or organisation stands behind an endpoint or an agent, and an attestation says so without revealing who. The verdict reads verified, not verified or unknown.
- Status
- Launch status: ZadQ is live and onboarding operators.
- What is free
- Checking an attestation costs nothing for whoever runs the check. Every integration keeps working when no verdict is available: the badge falls back to "unknown", and nothing in the buyer's, seller's or platform's flow ever waits on us.
- Who pays
- Inside the trust perimeter nobody reveals who they are: each side presents proof that an accountable party stands behind it, and pays only for the work its own attestation covers. The tiers are described on the plans page. Plans
- Payment rails
- x402 payments in USDC on Base and Solana. ZadQ is neutral about money: it attests who answers for a payment, not what the payment is made of, and it never holds, routes or settles a payment.
- Operating entity
- Conectia OÜ, a company registered in Estonia and part of the CONECTIA group — the entity named in the terms of service and the privacy policy. Terms of service · Privacy policy
- Language
- English. The service, the developer documentation, the seller dashboard and this site are published in English.
The relationship we disclose
ZadQ is built on the MintID identity network and operated by the CONECTIA group, the network's first implementer, on the same published terms as any issuer: the same admission, the same bond on the network, the same status rules, verifiable by anyone on the network's public record. We disclose this relationship wherever it is relevant.
This is the related-party disclosure in its public form. It accompanies any description of ZadQ's standing; quote it as it stands or shorter, never stronger, and let it close a description rather than lead one. The reasoning behind it is on the About page. About
Brand assets
The marks below are the exact vectors of the identity manual, served as SVG. Use them as they are: never redrawn, recoloured, rotated or given an effect. The small cut of the symbol exists for sizes below twenty-four pixels, where the fine cut loses its stroke.
Horizontal lockup
The default form — headers, documents, signatures. Never below twenty pixels tall; use the symbol alone under that.

Horizontal lockup, negative
The same lockup in Ivory, for dark or brand-colour fields.

Symbol, negative
The fine cut in Ivory, for dark or brand-colour fields.

Symbol, small cut
The thicker stroke for sizes below twenty-four pixels: favicons, avatars, badges.

Symbol, small cut, negative

Insignia
The badge form: the mark in Ivory on a Tinta field with the manual's corner radius. It carries its own field, so it is the form to place over a photograph or a busy background.

Usage rules
- Clear space: keep at least twice the width of the symbol's stroke free on every side of the mark.
- No effects: no shadow, outline, gradient, transparency or animation, and no rotation.
- Palette only: the brand colour on light fields, Ivory on dark or brand-colour fields, Tinta for the insignia field. The colours are carried by the files themselves; do not recolour them.
- Minimum sizes: the lockup never below twenty pixels tall; the fine-cut symbol from twenty-four pixels up; the small cut below that.
- Never place the loose mark over a photograph or a busy background: the insignia carries its own field for that.
- Never redraw the mark, pair it with another mark in a lockup or set it in a different typeface. The files on this page are the only source.
